I wanted to do something for my sister [We are twins ] yes there is two of us Lol. I know she loves fairies and have quite a few stamps, I also have an acrylic bowl. Its not round its flat and I have finished it today and will put pictures of it here for you to see, The dogs are my sisters but the white dog passed away last year,

How does that saying got " The best laid  plans on mouse and men" I think I might give up planning things as really they always seem to go astray lol. I was going to post yesterday but again life got in the way yet again. 

I went to a craft club on Friday and we meet once a month it a little church hall not far from here. This month we were painting pebbles and it took me back to when I was a child. we also painted clay plant pots and made a pebble look like a cactus it was fun. This is what I made.

Where is this year going its the last Monday of February and it only seems two minutes ago that it was Christmas, On Face book there are people who are doing a countdown to Christmas one in how many sleeps, 

I was playing some time ago with  custard tin and made it into a holder for felt tip pens, I gave it to my granddaughter Stephanie as she really liked it. Along came Maddy to play and spotted said tin. Well Maddy loved it and asked where it came from and was told I made it, She asked if I would make her one and said" do the pens come with it " Well I have made another for Maddy and thought I would show it here . I just hope Maddy likes it

Another foggy day yesterday and its very damps so not a good time to do washing BUT it has to be done, 

8 am and its still dark and very wet. Not sure what the day is going to be like weather wise,

I just do not know where there weeks are going but it seems that this year is going so fast. I am almost afraid to go to sleep as I never know what day it will be when i get up that's how fast this year seem to be going .It has been a lovely few days with the lovely sun. Long may it continue.

Morning all.

Not a Normal day to post from me but with this weather the way it has been I have had a lot of time to craft. I love to make different things out of old boxes and it seem I get a sort of satisfaction out of seeing what I come up with. I started with a plain cardboard box and this is what I end up with.

Well true to form I am out today and it looks like I am going to get wet, yesterday was a good day and I did not have to go out, I am sure someone is watching me and waits till I go out and them think lets have some rain.. I am going to Bristol Museum.

Hope you are not suffering from the terrible weather, Yesterday was better and its always the same when I do not have to go out I did have a friend pop in for a cup of tea and a good old chat, I hope That maybe it might be OK today as I have a friend coming round and we might go out.

I have had another go at Mixed Media and really think I am getting better but that's just how I am feeling about it. I love playing with the paints and all the other bits and pieces it makes such a change from making cards,  I will show you this in my Monday post,

It has been a funny week, still the strange weather and then my sister goes away and its really strange not talking to her every day.  I have to say that my sister May and I are twins, Yes there are two of me how could the world put up with this. 

Again today I have gone with a sketch, I think its a good way to start your card.  I have also been playing with some mixed media and having some fun. This time I used an old cheesy container. This is what I came up with. Hope you like it.

Morning all.

I really do wonder why this time is going so fast. At this rate it will soon be Easter, I went out Wednesday and treated myself to a new bed, I have to wait  till February for delivery but at least they take the old bed away which is a bonus.

Had a lovely afternoon yesterday and went to" Knit and Natter " There are about 13 other ladies there and have to say there is more natter than knit. We are all meeting up next week and going for a cream tea, Should be good as they do gluten free teas as well.

Morning All

Had a good day yesterday and wanted to try to make a card that was different from the cards I am used to making so went with a mixed media card. I hope its OK for the challenges I have chosen to enter this card into.

Sometime ago I showed you the new unit and this is the unit nearly filled up. I have a few more to fill up,
