Weekend again,

What a funny day yesterday, The rain came and as it was really welcome , The gardens really need it.

I cannot believe that I have been in lock down for so many weeks and really hope that it ends soon. Like so many others want to go and see my family its strange how when I  am told cannot  go and see them  I really need to, so as like others will be talking a trip when this is all over, 

                 Hope this finds everyone safe and well and those poorly get well soon. 

                           

I have just finished this crocheted blanket
I loved doing this and have enough wool
to do another, its 40 inches square,
I have to finish the knitted  blanket first though.

Went to London Wednesday to the  see the Tutankhamun  exhibition. Busy weekend

I used to think it was only when I worked that the weekends were busy how wrong can one be lol I really must try to do things during the week and not leave it all till the weekend lol 

I have a lovely picture of my late husband and myself on the Cruise ship  Costa fortuna and we are sat on a bench with the name of the ship on the bench, I said to a friend who can drawer and paint. (wish I could cannot even get a stick man right lol ) would it be possible to draw just our hands and last night she came round with this lovely picture, Such talent.

Monday

Well it looks like my dream might be going to come true, Today a friend asked me if i would be interested in going to see Andre Rieu and of course it depends wether there are still tickets its in January next year. Another friend wants me to go in July next year and if they both come of I will be a happy little bunny so I am keeping my fingers crossed. Have wanted to see him for about 14 years and here's hoping !!!!

I have had a lot of trouble with cats in my garden and they leave something I hate, I have brought these owls and the cat  and hope they keep them away. Not sure what to do if it does not work,

My it sure has got cold but as least we do not [ as yet] have snow. Have been trying to catch up with making Christmas cards and I thought I had more than I have, Checking last night I have more birthday cards than Christmas card  so have a few more to make, Was told that there was a bad storm last night but i slept right through so that was great,

Morning all.

I have spent two days clearing up and changing round my craft room. I was going to get another unit for the craft room but did not know what to get so thought I would do it a different way and not only that I can spend the money saved on other things lol
