A new Month

Wow where is this year going, now into  May as someone said the other day soon be Christmas, wonder if this lovely weather will last till then,

A friend rang up Saturday and asked if I wanted to go to Monkey world I said oh yes please,. It was a lovely sunny day and had a lot of fun watching all the monkeys, Pictures at the end of the blog if you would like to see them. .

 August is now gone and we are into September. over the weekend I made 23 Christmas cards . only needed 5 but got carried away lol

New Month,

  Another new month starts, I know everyone says don't talk about it BUT Christmas will soon be here the rate this year is going,   

I have even started to plan the [ hopefully ] next holiday, My mate and I are planning another cruise  but not till 2025 unless something great turns up.  

Try to stay dry as they are saying we are going to get a lot more rain very soon,

Well really chuffed  now, when I was young worked in a nursery for awhile and went into a greenhouse and at the end was the most amazing flower I have seen, it was a Hoya Bella or wax plant. I have wanted one for years and at last have one, its in flower as well, Also have what is called a Cottage Eucomis Bicolour Pineapple Lily Flower Plant  and that's in flower so really pleased

I know they said things were going to get expensive but this is stupid, went to Waitrose for some Gluten free pastry and while there brought two Gluten free custard tarts and got £1 20 change from £10. Guess who will not be getting them any more, Rant over

WOW September already

Another month starts and I really have to make sure I have enough Christmas cards and that will soon be here.

 Been knitting and Crocheting again [ not that I every stop lol ] Just seems some weeks I seem to get a lot done and others not so much. I have finished two prem baby cardigans [ 12 inch chest ] and a knee blanket for when mothers are nursing there babies in the prem unit, Three blanket and five cardigans to send off tomorrow, hope I have enough wrapping paper lol
