ReplyDeleteMorning Lillian. That's a beautiful blanket - well done. However long did it take? The colours and patterns are lovely. Will the second one be the same? Great card on the desk - and well done finding all those not-quite-finished cards! Enjoy finishing them.
ReplyDeleteTake care. God bless.

I think we all get those days Lilian, it must be very hard keeping strong when you are on your own. I think all we can do is get through one day at a time and then you realise that the dark clouds have gone. In the meantime, crafting really helps, your blanket is beautiful, lovely colours!

What a wonderful ending for that blanket. How lovely for it to be used in that way - skin to skin for mum and dad sounds just fabulous. Well done you!
ReplyDeleteLovely little card too - a good week for you -let's hope you have another whilst finishing those cards off, it keeps away the blues all this crafting.
Hugs - stay safe, Neet 4 xx

What a nice blanket and terrific snowy scene card ~ Be well! Love, Karen#27
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely card, Lilian - the little house is so cute and the glitter looks really cold and snowy! Also, your blanket is beautiful. I love the idea of cuddling prem babies skin-to-skin under such a beautiful covering! What a comfort that must be for them.
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting - yes, the kitty throw is coming on OK. I agree, our kitties are really beautiful with lovely markings. Their father was a pedigree Silver Tabby English Shorthair and their mother a brown and white tabby, hence the white on them. They also have slight brown tinges here and there - Ruby especially with her summer coat. I always say to her we didn't sign up for brown tabbies and if she turns brown I shall sell her on Ebay!! (Empty threat of course - brown or silver, I still adore her!)
Happy belated WOYWW,
