Another week starts

This last couple of days have been more like the weather should be for this time of year, Frosty and cold. Well its a case of staying warm and crafting.I have a couple of things I have finished. A scarf for myself [don't normally knit for myself, lol ] and a blanket for my granddaughter she wanted in blue and burnt orange.

 We are having a good week of weather and I think we have to make the most of it as this just might be our summer, Hoping for some mild weather in November as might go away for a few days with a mate,

Weather really has got wintery this last couple  of days, and it really has got cold. Can tell the year is going as started going out for Christmas dinners with friends we do it every year,

transplant hospital as they have saved her life

Been away for my craft desk again, Have a few things going on in my life and when its time will share them but right now cannot,

Love knitting and these are all going to charity,
 8 different size cardigans 7 pairs of cannula mitts'  
(for babies who have a cannula in and
it stops them pulling on them) 
and a 40 x 40 inch crocheted blanket,

What a funny day yesterday, The rain came and as it was really welcome , The gardens really need it.

I cannot believe that I have been in lock down for so many weeks and really hope that it ends soon. Like so many others want to go and see my family its strange how when I  am told cannot  go and see them  I really need to, so as like others will be talking a trip when this is all over, 

                 Hope this finds everyone safe and well and those poorly get well soon.

WOW September already

Another month starts and I really have to make sure I have enough Christmas cards and that will soon be here.

 Been knitting and Crocheting again [ not that I every stop lol ] Just seems some weeks I seem to get a lot done and others not so much. I have finished two prem baby cardigans [ 12 inch chest ] and a knee blanket for when mothers are nursing there babies in the prem unit, Three blanket and five cardigans to send off tomorrow, hope I have enough wrapping paper lol

Morning all,

Its work desk Wednesday again. Had a lovely day out with my friend on Monday and the weather was very kind to us.

Once a month I go to a small chapel where they hold a craft club. I got talking to the Pastor and I noticed there were small crocheted  blankets on the sets  and he said it gets really cold in the winter and they are for people to put over their legs, I said I would make them one and this is it,  I hope they like it. I enjoyed making it and have started another. 

Now onto the challenges.
