hope the weekends is dry

Went to London Wednesday to the  see the Tutankhamun  exhibition. It was a long day but really worth seeing,  There are Some stunning artefacts and this is the last time it will be on tour before going back to Egypt  into the new building they are constructing  to house all the artefacts in one building , I have put a few of the pictures and will put a few here for you to see, I took well over 100. lol 



                                                               

                                                                                
                                                                




                                                                                     
                                                                           
                                                                         
                                                              

Materials used for this card are, 

  • 21 x 15 cm card blank and envelope,.
  • 6 cm white circle card stock,
  • 10 .5 x 2 .5 white card stock,
  • 8.5 x 2.5 cm white card stock,
  • Spring days sentiment & flower, [free with Crafts beautiful, ]
  • IZINK Aladine  ink pad, 
  • Brushes Corduroy & tea dye Distress ink, 
  • Vintage sepia Versafine ink pad, 
  • Pink carnation, tan grass Promarkers.

  • Vintage sepia,Versafine ink pad, 
  • 10 cm light brown card stock,
  • 5.5 x 2.5 cm yellow card stock
  • Thinking of you sentiment, 
  •  Heartfelt Creations Hibiscus bouquet stamp and die, 
  • Grass, orchid. canary promarkers,

  3. So pleased to read you enjoyed the exhibition, my lasting memories of visiting his tomb in Upper Egypt were the bold blues and golds and how they have preserved for all these years.

  8. Such great cards with wonderful sketches and great pictures too! We saw that exhibit before at an area museum. It's always great to learn about history and seeing the artifacts.
