Good morning,

Well, for a change, we have had a lovely weekend. The sun has been shining and as they say "all is well with the world," well mine at least. I am now feeling better than I have for a long time and hope its not just a day thing and it just keeps getting better.  

I was looking at my garden today and took a couple of pictures and thought I would share a couple of pictures of it,

Welcome to the weekend

Morning all,

I just would like to say a big thank you for all the lovely comments I had on my last blog post, I was surprised a lot of you had not made these book cards,

Horrid weather Wednesday Never stopped raining till 4 PM when its to late do do what I wanted to. Then on Thursday it was really hot again, This weather sure does not know what to do, Hope it soon sorts itself out, Out shorty to met up with a pal so hope the weather is ok today .

• 12.5 x 12.5 cm deckle card blank and envelope
• 10 x 7  silver card stock
•  9.5 x 6.7 white card stock
• Clear stamp [free with Quick cards} 
• Cosmic shimmer glitter jewels 
• Martha Steward orange sorbet glitter

Morning all;

Well again I have started to do something really new for me, I went to see my friend Chris and she showed me a card that looked just like a book. I loved it so I came home to give it a go and I loved how it looked, I was so pleased that I went on to make another one. What amazed me was that you could start with a flat card blank card card  and make it look like a book, I am sure lots of you have done this but its new to me,

Materials used;

• 18 x 13 cm card  with pattered front and envelope,
•  snippet of black and white card,
• oriental stamps .
• 8 pearls

Morning all.

What a lovely day we had yesterday, the sun was so hot its not as nice today but we have to have the bad to know how good the other days are.

Weekend once more,

Morning all,

I just do not know where there weeks are going but it seems that this year is going so fast. I am almost afraid to go to sleep as I never know what day it will be when i get up that's how fast this year seem to be going .It has been a lovely few days with the lovely sun. Long may it continue.

Now onto the challenge  and this something different, I love taking things and making them look different, This was an old sauce bottle.

Morning all

Have been  having lots of days out with my friend Angela, She is a lovely lady and we get on really well.To help the days along the weather has been very good .

Bank Holiday Monday

Morning all.

Hope everyone has a lovely bank holiday and the weather is better than here, 

Had a bad couple of days and I never thought I would get this post done for today but feeling a whole lot better so getting to started and see how I get on,  Not sure when the spring is going to arrive but now its May we should not have any more April showers.

I looked at a couple of challenges and they wanted heat embossing and it is something I have not done a lot of so thought I would give it a go hope you like the tag I have come up with,
