WOYWDW

I just cannot believe where this year is going,  It will soon be June and  the middle of the year. 

I have gone for another sketch today, 

 It being the middle of the week again its time to pop over to the Julia's
stamping ground and be nosey and see what others are up to, If you want to know more pop over to  The Stamping ground where all will become clear, 

                                                   






Materials used for this card are,
  • 21 x 17 cm card blank and envelope.
  • Poppy, yellow, & green, promarkers, 
  •  Merry Christmas  & snowflakes Sentiment clear stamps, 
  • Nuvo bright Gold cystal pearls, 
  • Hobbycraft black ink pad, 

 Challenges I will enter this card for are, 
  1. Sparkle Christmas Challenge, # 100 Lets see some holly.
  2. Christmas at Sweet Stampin May Challenge, ATG optional  Snowflakes. 
  3. CAS Colours & Sketch, Challenge # 323 Sketch,

Materials used for this card are, 

  • 17 x17 cm card blank and envelope, 
  •  2 pieces of 10 x 10 white card stock,
  • Craft individual rubber stamp,
  • Festive berries & fired brick Distress ink, 
  • Bright orange, sky blue, cinnamon & coral promarkers, 
  •  Vintage Sepia Versafine ink pad, 
  • Hobbycraft black ink pad, 
  • Gems and pearls

I have been playing again with acrylic inks and making backgrounds and it really is fun,

  4. Love a CAS card, you are good at them. Even in play mode your desk is organised, I realise it’s protected but it looks to me as if you’ve padded it. Now that would help me on many occasion that I can’t get the idea from head to paper.....stop me damaging my forehead as I bang it off the desk seeking inspiration!!!

  7. I share your amazement that it's nearly June 0 who stole the year?! Love your kingfisher card - they are beautiful birds, I was lucky enough to see one down the harbour last year.

  20. Great snippets card Lilian - and your colouring is fabulous! I've only ever seen a couple of kingfishers in the wild. Once was over a river in Durham and the other time was over our little stream at the bottom of the garden in a previous house. I thought a budgie had escaped :) They're such wonderful colours and you captured them perfectly!
