Well the weather sure has gone silly again, Some parts of the country are having snow and where I am in Bristol it was sun and heavy rain and hail stones, 

I had a lovely day out yesterday with some new friends, we had a lovely chat, Cuppa and cake, I was delighted to see this robin and blue tit having fun in my bird bath yesterday, 

Now onto the challenge,

It does not look like it  but the card is gold.
And is a sketch and can be found at the bottom

Materials used,

• 12.5 x 12.5 cm blank deckle card and envelope,
• 11.5 x 11.5 cm purple mirri card,
• 11 x 11 cm gold mirri card,
• 11.5 x 1 cm blue card stock,
• Oval card stock
• Brown swirl
• Nuvo Crystal drops buttermilk.

start of another week

Good morning all

I had a lovely day out  yesterday. My friend Angela picked me up and we went out for Sunday lunch. We went to a Toby Carvery and had a lovely meal. We then spent the rest of the day back at Angela's. I am going out again in the morning to meet up with Angela. 

Now onto the challenges,

Morning all.

Hope this find you all well. I was without the internet for a couple of days when it just came back again so glad it was nothing I did to it.

I have a friend coming over today and we are going to have a day of crafting, It is going to be fun. Got to get the table cleared so we can start again to mess it up. I get to mixed up with what day it is and nearly forgot to do this blog post,

Morning all.

What a lovely weekend it has been weather wise, So much sun and I really could get used to it. I have even got washing dry today and I love it when washing has been out in the air, 

Its lovely crafting as well as my desk looks out into the garden. I have even done some spring cleaning and that feels good as well. I am hoping now I have got the flat tidy I will keep it like it, I thought being on my own it would be easy but I got into the habit of saying oh I will do it tomorrow and as the saying goes "tomorrow never comes"  so I thought it was about time I got on with things.

Weekend again.

Morning all.

How are things going for you all. My week started of really sad as I was let down by two people who were picking me up to go out somewhere, I was feeling really  fed up and then my phone rang and it was Gillian flowers who runs the  Bristol Community Friendship Club on facebook Its a group for lonely people, She asked me if I would like to go out and have something to eat, Her daughter was also there and we had a real laugh. I have not laughed so much in a long time. This is the three of us together in a Masons Arms. myself, Gillian and her daughter Michelle.

Morning all.

Well It has been a very funny week, I was going out both Monday and Tuesday but both things were cancelled. I hope it does not continue, I am trying to get out and hope that I can do so later this week. Weather has been quite good this week and the night are really drawing out now and it was still quite light at 8 PM, last night, 

On Monday it rained all day and I looked out of the window and i saw this magpie sheltering under the roof of my friends house, He looked so cosy there and stayed a long time I could not resist taking this picture,

Monday 11 th

Morning all.

Had a friend over Friday and we went shopping and out for something to eat. There is a Harvester near the Cribbs Causeway and we thought we would give it a go. When the lady came to see what we wanted to order I asked about gluten free meals and she said just say what you are thinking about eating and I will tell you if its gluten free.I had a lovely meal and they even cooked gluten free chips.

Onto the challenges,  I have a busy week this week so wanted to get as many cards finished as I could for this week.

Weekend again.

Morning all.

Welcome to another weekend, Well the weather has been very strange, sunny one day and not so good the next, I really wish we knew what the weather was going to do as it does not seem to be able to make its mind up. lol. 

I am really chuffed with myself today. I love orchids and I have 9. One of the orchids looked terrible and I could do nothing right, it just seem to be dying. I was doing the same with it as I was with the others, so, I thought I would re pot it. When I took it out of the pot it was in moss, I took all the moss from the roots and found that it did not have many roots as they had all rotted, I cut of the dead roots and re potted in the right soil. Today all the flowers are as they should be and another flower has opened, 

I fancied doing something different for a card and have been thinking about doing this for a while so thought I would make one,

Materials used

Morning all

We have been having some better weather and long may it continue. I hope all you Crafters that have been away this weekend have had a great time, hoping you all have a safe journey home, Looking forward to seeing what you have all been up to and what you have all made, 

 It was my birthday yesterday and I had a quite day yesterday. I did go to a friends and had a coffee and that was nice. I had lots of cards and some nice presents. 

Now onto crafting, This is the card I made, I have to craft during the day as yet another light has gone here and this time the fitting has broken.  I am getting someone to look into it all.

April already,

Morning all.

Well here we are again at the beginning of a new month, I am wondering if when I turn around it will be Christmas. How frightening is that thought. Yesterday evening I went round and had a laugh with my neighbour  we get on great, I also met the new people who have just moved it next door and they seem nice people, They have a lovely dog and she has four puppies, They said you know you would

 like a dog I said o don't think so. the lady said you would if you could see them. I must make them a new home card, I have a pal coming round  this morning and not sure what we will be getting up to. I love to see people and have a chat.
