Went out for walk on Monday and took my camera with me, I was not sure weather would be okay as it was raining. . but managed to get some pictures. The first picture the squirrel was at the top of the tree so there was a lot more light.
Happy WOYWW. Well done for getting those photos. The squirrels around here move fast and I rarely even spot one, let alone get my phone out for a photo. In Spain we see red squirrels and my plan, when we can finally travel out there again, is to be patient and get some photos. Merry Christmas. Ali x #5
ReplyDeleteCracking pix missus and, as always, a desk that has me intrigued! Super card too, such pretty colours

You can’t go wrong with poinsettias on a Christmas card! Great pics of the squirrel, you really caught it well! I’m glad you had fun clearing out and rediscovering old stamps, hope you manage to get to use them!

Always a bonus when we find something we thought we had lost during a clean up, keep them safe now. Lovely Christmas card.

Love the Robin pic x
That is such a pretty card and I love the Poinsettia stamp. The photos are great - I do love squirrels, they are such characters. Lovely to find stamps you had forgotten you had - almost like going on a shopping spree for new stash without the spending!!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a lovely Christmas, stay safe and well,

Lovely Christmas card. Thank you for joining TTCRD challenge. Anesha x
ReplyDeleteHi Lillian. Lovely Christmas card and a great shot of the squirrel. It is a shame when the photographs turn out too dark, have you tried a photo program to bring the light back? Have a great Christmas, Angela #19

Terrific coloring on your card ~ Your photos are precious too ~ Enjoy the season! Love, Karen #32
ReplyDeleteThanks for the visit. Loving your nature photos. We have 3 smaller squirrels and a mother zooming around for walnuts, busy as they can be. We have had a delightful December here 40/50 temps and no wind. I could go out and walk and enjoy nature, but it's turning to winter today. Will keep most at home ICE/SNOW/WIND, but warm and cozy just so the electric don't go out with ice on the lines. You take care enjoy the things you love and MERRY MERRY CHRISTMAS
ReplyDeleteSimply BEAUTIFUL! Thanks so much for joining in the fun at our Double D ‘Poinsettia’ challenge! Good Luck and we hope you’ll come back often.

Great photos! There isn't much around here worth walking to see (hence the reason I like to go to Kew so often but that's out of the equation for now) Hope you have a good Christmas and happy WOYWW Helen #1
ReplyDeleteHi I'm here at last. It's been a busy day as the washing machine is feeling poorly and the second guy has been out to try and fix it and we think he has now found the problem but can't complete the job until the new year. Following his visit we went to pick up the Christmas order from the supermarket. Great card it's very stylish and the photos are lovely, that is one cheeky squirrel. Take care my friend and wishing you a happy Christmas. Hugs, Angela x10x
ReplyDeleteLots of people are being very tidy this week! As we aren't having anyone here, and have just learnt we will be in tier 3 come Boxing day, I shan't be over tidying my craft room! As long as I can get in the door it will be fine! Have a great rest of the week and a very Merry Christmas! Stay safe, Happy WOYWW ((Lyn)) #24
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely card - I adore poinsettias and sadly haven't got one this year with being isolated.
ReplyDeleteSquirrels, you either love them or hate them. Our garden is home to a family of them and they steal all the bird food if we are not careful. They are cute to watch though and so ingenious. One chewed through our pipes at the caravan - cost us £90 to put right so you ca see I am not always in the mood to think they are cute.
Here's to a Very Happy Christmas to you - and above all, Stay Safe and Well

What a good clear out.

Ah the kitchen roll, still one of the most useful crafting tools at a fraction of the price of most! Your desk looks great Lilian, fancy finding forgotten stamps...right at a time when you haven’t really got time to play with them! Torture! Love your photos, that Robin is very impressive isn’t he. Happy Christmas!
