Finished the blanket and not sure about the colours, I like random wool but not sure about using it for squares, blanket its 40 x 40 inches |

I love the card - that's a great sailing ship stamp. Your blanket is beautiful and I particularly love the range of colours - the random wool seems to have worked very well on it I think.

ReplyDeleteI seem to have solved my problem with commenting at last. So glad to be able to! You’re a busy bee Lilian! I like the colours in the blanket, no jarring mismatches to my eyes for sure. Is the cardi for someone specific, oh the days of baby card is and little buttons…too sweet! Take care in the heat, but do enjoy!

ReplyDeleteFabulous card, Lillian! I am a big fan of anything nautical. My mother and grandmothers were wonderful at knitting - one of my grandmas took prizes at the New York State Fair every year and I grew up always having pretty sweaters to wear. Thank you for sharing your handiwork and for playing along with us at Double Trouble #113.
